I had joined this forum to learn more about SAAB's, and meet new SAABers...
Here the history:
I bought a SAAB 9-3 S 2.0 LPT (MY2002) last year (June).
It has the standard equipment:
- 4x Airbags
- Cruise control
- ABS
- Electric windows
- Auto AC
- etc.
The engine is the 150bhp with GT17 turbo, with 125100km.
Now it has 156000km.
A few month later the changes began:
- LPG System (cheap to run, and fast as hell!!!)
- Lowering Springs (H&R), less 3,5cm;
- Central Armrest;
- Ipod adapter (AUDIOTROLL);
- SE Body Kit side skirts;
- 17" Alloys (SAAB ALU39) with 225/45 tyres;
- Uprated front brake discs from Brembo, with 308mm (same as the 9-3 Viggen and 9-5 Aero);
- New map on the ECU, Stage 1 from Hirsch; (230bhp and 330Nm)
- New suspensions SACHS Super Touring blue edition (they come by default in 9-3 with sports chassis);
- PFS Steering Clamp and Brace;
A think this is it.
The next planned upgrades are:
- SAAB Audio Upgrade Kit (4 to 6 speakers);
- Goodridge Stainless Steel Brakeline;
- Forge motorsport Dump Valve;

It's possible to buy it through Ebay or similar??? Does it work in new models?
